While I have not yet gained direct experience as a tutor, I have worked with children before as a Spark leader with the Girl Guides of Canada. I am well versed in both English and Social Studies. I have a degree in English, with minors in Political Science and Professional Writing and Communication. I will come to the first session prepared to tackle the curriculum that suits their age group. Once I know your child’s learning style, I will develop lesson plans catered specifically to them. I am patient and friendly and I have found that children engage well with my personality.
