Hi there! I am Tasnim, 28 years old. Honest and reliable, with 3 years’ hands-on experience. I worked as a nanny for 2 kids. I also worked at a head start nursery school, where my job responsibilities were to teach, play, reading sessions, coordinating indoor & outdoor activities, administer meals and cleaned up after eating, help with toilet training and bed time assistance for the kids aged 2.5 to 5. Before that I worked as a special education teacher at a school. To work efficiently special needs children I had to be so patient and creative. There I used to keep the students effectively engage in assortment of activities those were helpful to build up their life skills and development of their cognitive, social, emotional, communication and motor skills, at the same time I always had to maintain a vigilant eye on their health and safety. I have sufficient knowledge in ages and stages of child development as well as child psychology. My educational background is Bachelor and Masters in Education (special education major).
