I assisted of daily of my clients, providing personal hygiene(bathing,dressing,grooming,feeding,toileting,assisting walking/movements and cooking) helping clients in regular exercise,giving medication as prescribed of doctors, i also able to deal with supplemental oxygen needs and keeps regular and precise records of vital signs(i.e.blood pressure,pulse rate,oxygen saturation,weight etc,) I also do limited number household chores which include changing and washing soiled linens and clothing,changing and making bed,tidying and organizing.
