Excellent, Fun-loving, hardworking, experienced child care provider!
I have attended and now work at Onondaga overnight Camp as a camper, leader in training and camp counselor for children between the ages of 5-15 the past 8 years. I have been able to earn all my waterfront and CPR training, and am quite used to constant 24-hour care and assistance whether it be homesickness, illness, or injury. I have been a babysitter for the past 7 years for several different families with 2-4 children under the age of 12, and have loved it! I am great at food preparation, bathtime, bedtime routines, homework help, playing fun and creative age-appropriate games, and any other help that may be needed. I have volunteered in Elementary schools and assisted in teaching children's cooking classes throughout high school, and now in post-secondary am currently working as a Research Assistant in the Early Experience Child Development Lab at Queen's University, as I continue my 3rd year in Psychology and Sociology studies. I adore working with children and have experience with young toddlers all the way to older teenagers. I am very versatile in my skill sets and would love to find a steady job to work while I am home for the summer between May-August 2019, before returning to school in Kingston.
