Lindy is kind and caring and engages children in activities they enjoy. My children liked having her as a babysitter and were always happy to see her. However, Lindy needs to work on time management, as she had a tendency to be late to work, until reminded to come earlier. She also needed reminding of my children's school schedules and my toddler's naptime schedule. Lindy also showed some absentmindedness in caring for my toddler -- mainly by not following the routine he was used to. It has been an amazing experience which I intend to continue out of my post-secondary education. Being a camp leader in Victoria is incredibly rewarding as I have travelled around participating in indoor and outdoor activities that allowed our participants to grow and play in new and social environments. I feel I have a strong affinity for childcare because I relate to everyone I meet on a personal level and love to go out and enjoy life!
