Full Time live out Nanny Needed for 2 Children in Concord L4K

Searching for a full-time live out nanny for our wonderful family. We have two very small children, 2 years old and 7 months old, and a big dog.
Full time hours, 8.30am-6pm Monday through Thursday. One Friday each month and evenings & weekends as needed. $17/hour pay.
Must have driver’s license and CPR certification. ECE certification desirable. Must have own transportation. Must have two years’ prior experience working with newborns and toddlers. Must be experienced with toddler meltdowns and must be kind, gentle, consistent, loving and firm. Must always be on time and dependable.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): basic care of the children (bathing, feeding); play and activities with the children; taking the children on outings in all weather (walks, park, library, activities, play with other children); cleaning the kitchen; cleaning the children’s rooms, toys and bathrooms; laundry and making the beds for the household; managing the groceries; food prep and cooking; walking and feeding the dog.

I'm looking for someone to come take care of my daughter (12 months old) and son (4 years old) while I work from home during the week. I will need the care for 5 hours a day between 8am-3pm (timing is flexible). My daughter will have a morning nap between 10am-12pm (timing and duration vary) and again from 3pm-4pm.
The position is needed until September 2022 when my son enters Kindergarten full-time. Depending on my work arrangements (work from home vs in office) the position has the potential to carry beyond September with only my daughter needing care.
Allergy alert: we have a short hair cat in the home (she will likely hide all day). I'm allergic to her myself, so I do my best to keep the house clean from her fur. She will likely hide for the entirety of the visit.
