Hi, we are two Swiss moms of two children each 5, 6, 8, and 9 yo spending 9 weeks in Australia together. We are staying in Manly until May 5th and would like to go out for one night without the kids. We have recently acquired sudden custody of my husband's lovely little boy and have the requirement for a nanny that is local and flexible to work with us to enable my husband and I continue our work duties to have a little time out. We have both had 9 kids between us, but they are now adults (except for my 13year old daughter who lives with us 50% of the time. So this is a little bit of a transition for us at our mature age. We would like to find a nanny who is able to live-in when we are away (we have family events to attend, one in Europe in so we will be away 10 days in June this year and the other two, are long weekends of 3 days. We also require our little boy to be looked after, in the home one weekend a month. We also have a beautiful ridgeback dog who in essence, is our other 'baby'. We would also require care for him (1 walk a day, feeding etc) at the same times. We live in a humble abode in Fairlight, and whilst we have those few commitments set in stone, everything else is flexible, as to which weekend in the month, and when you may be available. Please note the job is only for our 9 year old son and our dog. My daughter and her dad have arrangements with us already whereby he can step in when we are away.
