Hi Ginger is our Sheltie (40 pounds) and we are her third adoptive family. She is well behaved inside the house but I'm still working with her outside, she is walking with me fairly well but I am are still working on her herding and prey instincts (barking and wanting to rush other dogs but people are fine)) She's a loving dog, wicked smart, and somewhat stubborn.
