We are looking for a Nanny / House Manager to provide childcare and support to the family and oversee aspects of the household's daily activities. This role requires a combination of childcare, housework, some light administrative activities and general support to uphold a busy, but fun family. Responsibilities: - Supervising and caring for 2 children, aged 3 and 4.5 in a safe, nurturing, dynamic manner. - Preparing some meals and feeding the children. - Play and educational activities in & outside the home. - Bathing, dressing the children as needed. - Potential travel with the family and periodic overnight stays when planned appropriately. - Safely drive the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and other appointments as necessary. A legal driver’s license is not required, but is considered a strong asset. - Assisting with housework (cleaning, dishes, children's laundry). - Organizing / decluttering the home with an efficient organizational system for household items. - An open-mind and a positive can-do attitude. - Providing administrative support to the family as requested (mail pick-up, help with Zug-based local topics). A strong understanding of local customs and culture, German language is considered an asset. - Inventory management for household supplies and groceries, replenishing food, cleaning, and toiletry supplies as needed. - Running errands as needed (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc). Requirements: - Positive, caring, proactive attitude. - Previous experience in childcare and household management is preferred. - Excellent organizational, time management and task prioritization skills. - Good understanding of prototypical children’s activities and local knowledge of youth events. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and German language proficiency, is ideal. - Ability to maintain confidentiality to respect the family’s privacy.

Ich suche eine Nanny/Haushälterin, die mich im täglichen Ablauf mit zwei Kindern (ein Baby und ein Kind im Grundschulalter), Kochen, Einkaufen, Reinigung des Hauses und Bügeln unterstützt.
