must know how to use a Hoyer lift. must cook and help dress and get Dad ready for the day. He has a wheelchair he is in and needs to be transferred to his recliner and on and off the toilet.

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required however only helping with eye drops, no prescriptions. She will have just gotten cataract surgery at this time. Some light tidying up could be involved but is not required. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation but only as far as helping her to heat meals in the fridge. I'm sure she would love something cooked fresh but there will be food in the fridge. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Any transportation requests will be handled as needed but likely won't be frequent. This could become a more regular position beyond the dates given if the requested week works out but the need would not be 5 days a week.

My 80-year-old mother has moderate dementia. She fell on Jan 5 Resulting in a T 11 compression fracture and fell again in March resulting in a broken hip that required an emergency hip replacement surgery. She's home from rehab hip surgery was little over one month ago. Currently she is receiving supplemental therapy sessions and skilled nursing sessions through Empath home health care. She needs to be gotten up around 9:30 a.m. .. washed up .. dressed.. cooked breakfast ... bathroom assistance... company and activities through day... also lunch. Some evenings too.. not likely overnight. Current mobility is limited with assistance only. Home is well equipped for her condition. Cannot have a loud presence (voice animation extreme emotions will be no go) somebody grounded .. yet directive and confident in their voice = she requires a lot of cues.. Often times repeatedly and for her own benefit and safety.
