He is diabetic with heart disease, uses a walker, excellent mental functioning. Assistance is needed Monday through Friday during the day. Some medical qualifications are required: medication management and communication with healthcare providers. Duties include, but are not limited to: shopping, cooking, light cleaning, assisting with other tasks around the house, making appointments, transportation, and scheduling. She doesn't like to eat alone. You will also have to give her her pills. (Not many) She has some short term memory loss but is still very capable and smart. She likes to be active, play rummy, do puzzles. Mom needs companionship and conversation, someone to putter around the house with land occasionally shop! We need her safe and to feel valued. Caregiver must be a non-smoker, comfortable with a dog and if possible CPR trained. 3 meals a day are a must.
