I need help with transportation on Friday 9/2 from the surgery center in Plantation, FL and take me to my rental in Fort Lauderdale and stay with me until 9 p.m. and come back the following day Saturday 9/3 from 9am-12 p.m. My ideal assistant has own transportation and know how to take vitals if needed, remind me when to take my medicine, cook for me and help me move around.

We are looking for a trustworthy and sincere and person to care for and be a companion to our father. He is 85 and has had several heart issues including open heart surgery. This a 24/7 position. Pay will be weekly at a rate of $1500. All other expenses such as room, board and food are included. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Duties will include, but may not be limited to: light cooking, cleaning, assist with walking around (he does use a walker), dressing, possibly showering, administering meds, taking to Dr's appointments, grocery shopping, conversation and on good days he likes to go out to lunch. He likes to go to his home in Upstate NY for a month or two during the summer. All travel expenses would be paid for you to travel and stay with him in NY. Looking for cultured, spunky, food lover to care for 85-year-old Italian retired chef and restaurant owner. The ideal candidate is friendly, likes playing, is educated about food and wine, has traveled and is no pushover. He needs help with bathing, light meal prep, companionship, mobility. My mom, the lady of the house, is very neat and funny and needs help with grocery shopping, getting him to his dr appointments, and some housework. If you like chatting about pop culture, fashion and decor it's a bonus!
