Need somebody to come daily in the mornings, clean kitchen and prepare breakfast and if still have time then light clean living room.

About who needs care: end stage Parkinson's disease. occasional delusions/hallucinations. loves to talk about anything that he thinks about. the current nurse's come in, bathe, change clothes and sheets, help him with personal care. cook breakfast or lunch and drinks. wash/dry/fold clothes and put them away. vacuum his room and clean any dishes that they use to make his food only. looking for someone that will also help me reorganize his closets. About the care needs: any type of personality as long as they did get aggravated when he repeats himself (which he does a lot). need to know how to use a hoyer lift to occasionally get him into his wheelchair (especially when it starts to warm up, so he may sit on the back porch. My husband and I can train on how to use (it's really easy and it does take two people, so either me or my husband will help). just someone that is patient, he is a veteran. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About who needs care: My mom has the beginning stages of dementia. We have taken her keys so she no longer drives. She used to enjoy crocheting and sewing, and cooking. She no longer does those things because she thinks she is too busy. We come and check on her 2 times during the week. I live 5 hours away and my sister lives 3 hours away. She needs help to take 1 pill each day, and also to get a hot meal. She doesn't like to shower- and needs reminders. She needs help with light housekeeping. She is a bit ornery at times- but usually on best behavior around anyone she doesn't know well. I think she is a bit lonely , even though she says she love to live alone. She does not want any help - but says she would like a housekeeper. Also, she is a christian and loves to volunteer and listen to christian music, possibly someone to take her to a bible study during the day. About the care needs: We need someone who is easy going and flexible. Mom likes to talk- but not "too" talkative. She needs someone who doesn't mind to do different things. My mom does not act like a typical old lady- and she hates to be patronized. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

Looking for someone with 7+ years of experience caring for seniors. Female caregiver preferred. A little more about my grandmother: she can be energetic, pleasant, outgoing, independent. Recovering from hip surgery. I'm looking for someone who is patient, firm, strong. Intelligent, experienced, without an attitude, clean, neat in appearance. Grandmother is recovering from a broken hip and needs 24 hour help with just about everything. She can feed herself but would need help preparing food. She needs assistance in getting up, walking and going to the bathroom and getting back in bed or chair. Prior to her hip fracture, she was very independent, cooked every day and even drove to the store across the street.
