In this class students will combine their drawing and painting skills to create an adorable basset hound.
With step by step guidance, we will first focus on line and form to sketch out our furry friend. Then, students will learn techniques for texture and color blocking to really make him come to life. This project is sure to be a fun filled class with a paw-some painting to take home.
Perfect class for children ages 7-9 years old.

We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our intermediate classes throughout the school-year!
Join us on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday each week... or whenever it's convenient for you! We do the same project each of those days for each week, and then something new for the next week!
Dress for a mess!
We often use acrylic paints, which can be very difficult to remove from clothing.
