Baby & Me: Support for New Parents
Our Baby & Me group is a nurturing space for parents with babies aged 0–12 months. This gentle, supportive environment offers opportunities to connect with other parents, share experiences, and find encouragement during the first year of your baby’s life.
Sessions include infant massage, music and movement, expert guest speakers, and open time for conversation and community-building. Whether you’re navigating sleepless nights, first milestones, or just looking for a place to connect, Baby & Me provides guidance, friendship, and reassurance in a welcoming, non-judgmental setting.
