About

What do you get when you combine your favorite music class with messy art projects and sensory play adventures? The ultimate combo class for your little one! Each week, little Broadway fans and caregivers are introduced to exciting new songs, characters, and stories as Broadway Musicals are brought to life by a team of professional teaching artists. After that, it’s time for a snack and story before diving into a process art activity inspired by the show of the week. Created by a professional performer turned early childhood development specialist, Broadway & Me's unique art and music curriculum is both entertaining and developmentally appropriate!

What to Wear:
Please send your child in clothes they can easily move around in. We will be getting messy during art time and sensory activities so please don’t bring your child in clothes you don’t want ruined. Everything we use will be washable and non-toxic but better safe than sorry.

Snacks:
We will be providing light snacks for the kids each class. Typical snacks will be goldfish, graham crackers, string cheese, etc. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and/or bring an alternative snack.

Outside shoes are not allowed on the mats at any time. Please bring a pair of socks for you and your child if you are not already wearing some.

Recordings and pictures of your child during class are encouraged. Feel free to share on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and tag us! (Facebook: @stageschicago Instagram & Twitter: @stageschi)

Stages Performing Arts and its teaching artists are not liable for any injuries sustained while a student is in class, or on the premises.

Due to growing allergy concerns, there is no food or drinks allowed “on the mats” at anytime during classes.

Stages Performing Arts reserves the right to film or photograph classes for teaching purposes and publicity. Please contact Emily Pinas at info@stageschicago.com if you do not want your child’s image used on our website or for promotional purposes.

Please limit the use of cell phones during class. We understand that it’s incredibly hard to completely unplug in this day and age but if cell phone use becomes disruptive, individuals will be asked to step out into the hallway.
