About

Exciting story-based games provide the fundamentals for further growth in this PARENT PARTICIPATION class. Children are gaining independence as they discover themselves and their abilities. Kids progress to learn how to dribble and follow the ball. Along with basic to advanced motor skills, classroom and team skills such as taking turns, listening to a coach and following directions are stressed in a fun environment.

This class is a PARENT PARTICIPATION class. You are required to be with your child during the class. This helps both your child and the group. The more involvement and energy you have, the more your child will get out of the class. This age group is growing in independence and we want to promote that. So for some games, you will not be involved, unless your child needs assistance.

We are operating under the Health Order issued by the SF Department of Health. This order is continuously changing as we move forward with this pandemic. If any changes occur, we will inform you as to any updated procedures.

Masks are recommended but not required for participants. If Covid cases increase, we will reimplement our mask policy.
Anyone with any signs of illness should not attend class (runny nose, fever, cough, etc).
Only one adult per child allowed in the parent participation classes.
Routine sanitization of any shared equipment
Hand washing and hand sanitizer best practices
Siblings not enrolled in the class cannot be involved in the class.
Make-up classes are not allowed to keep kids in stable cohorts.
Additionally, any positive covid cases must be reported to info@sftots.com. Contact tracing is still required for youth programming.

CLASS NOTES
Please arrive 10 minutes early the first day of class to check-in and pick-up gear. This will also give your child the opportunity to meet the coaches and other kids before class begins. Some children need time to warm up to the class. Don’t worry if they start out shy, it is a common reaction.

T-shirts are included in the class fee and will be distributed the first day of class. We like to have all players wear their shirt each week, as it reminds them they are on the same team.

WATER BREAK
We take a water break halfway through class. This is just a quick break, please refrain from giving your child snacks.

CLASS POLICIES
Class policies are online. www.sftots.com/classes-policies

BONUS: TEAM PHOTO
We take a team photo on the 9th class (2nd to last) of the season and bring a printed copy to the last class. This is a fun way to remember the season.

Extras
$20 Gear Package (white shorts and green socks) for the series
(merchandise)
