Preschool Parkour is a play-based movement program specifically designed to meet the physical and developmental needs of 4 year olds. We focus on having fun with peers, and expanding physical literacy foundational skills.

This is a kids-only class! Whether your child is experienced in drop off classes or its their very first time, Coach Anna is here to work with your child.

Our parkour classes feature a non-competitive discipline of movement focused on play and creativity that teaches kids how to overcome any obstacle with a playful mindset. Our students will learn to seek out challenges that will test them physically and mentally. Through facing these challenges, they build a solid fitness foundation of strength, flexibility, balance, control, creativity, and discipline. Students play challenging games with others which will help grow their social and emotional skills through playful connection. We view parkour as a team sport and teach our students to support and encourage each other through their challenges.

Parkour movements include running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement (crawling) and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation and challenge.

Please wear slip on shoes until entering the building.
This is a child only class, however we ask parents stay on the premises for the first half of the semester, if needed. :)
