About

Itty Bitty Parkour is a play-based movement program specifically designed to meet the physical and developmental needs of children 5-7 year old. We focus on building community, having fun, and expanding physical literacy skills.

Our parkour classes feature a non-competitive discipline of movement focused on play and creativity that teaches kids how to overcome any obstacle with a playful mindset. Our students will learn to seek out challenges that will test them physically and mentally. Through facing these challenges, they build a solid fitness foundation of strength, flexibility, balance, control, creativity, and discipline. Students play challenging games with others which will help grow their social and emotional skills through playful connection. We view parkour as a team sport and teach our students to support and encourage each other through their challenges.

Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement (crawling) and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation and challenge.

NO CLASSES:
October 6th (Fall Break)
November 24th (Thanksgiving Break)

Contact Cole with questions about which class is right for your child: cole@playformancetucson.com
