About

Our Development Team is for advanced beginner and intermediate level parkour athletes ages 9 through 12 interested in taking their parkour training to the next level. Development Team meets Mondays (90 minutes) for outdoor training and Wednesdays (60 minutes) for training at Playformance. This team is perfect for kids looking for more fun, more challenge, and the benefits of a team atmosphere.

Parkour is a training discipline focused on how to use your challenges to grow physically, mentally, and socially. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most creative way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement (crawling) and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation and challenge.

Please bring a refillable water bottle to every class.
Dress for and wear shoes suitable for outdoor practice on Mondays.

No classes:
October 6th and 8th (Fall Break)
November 24th and 26th (Thanksgiving Break)
