Our camps are about learning how to be a better musician and collaborator, even at a young age. The majority of our campers are middle school students, but we do work with elementary and high school students as well. Students need prior musical experience to participate, and we arrange a consultation before finalizing registration.
We hold workshops for drum circle, rhythm section, singing, and acoustic arrangement. Our main project for each session though is to prepare a performance or multimedia project to share with friends and family on our last day. We take time to play games and get to know each other as well.
Thank you for signing up for our music camp. We generally schedule a free consultation with any campers that haven't joined us before. Please contact us at MTS.Classes@gmail.com to set up an appointment if you haven't already done so. Any campers with no prior experience with us who don't schedule a consultation will have their registration canceled.
Campers need to show up no more than 5 minutes before camp and be picked up no later than 5 minutes after. Morning care or aftercare can be arranged, but that needs to be agreed upon in advance and not last minute.
All campers are expected to bring the following things during camp:
Primary Instrument
Music Binder
Headphones
Packed Lunch
Water Bottle
Some sort of smart device (tablet, phone, laptop, etc)
