Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required when booking workshop.
Requests for credit card refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event and will incur a 15% processing fee.
Only MOCHA account credit options are available if cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks before the start of the workshop.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of workshop start date.
