Cancellation Policy
Art Party
Full payment is required when booking an Art Party. Cancellation needs to be within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled date to receive full credit amount to your account to use for a future event. Less than seventy-one hours the account credit will be minus a $50 late cancellation fee.
Requests for credit card refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event and will incur a 15% processing fee. Only account credit options are available if cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks.

MOCHA is constantly updating their policies to reflect the most current CDC COVID-19 guidelines. Masks are recommended but not required.
