Private Party plan:
-2 hours long.
-30 minutes of calm art activities while guests arrive.
-1 hour for all the messy fun and guided activity.
-30 minutes for cake and or food.

*In case of rain, for large groups (20+ guests), we will evaluate if the party can be moved to the Art Lab.

Art part of the party:

Our setup consists of several art and sensory stations. (paint wall, playdough table, mixed-media where kids can create artwork and take it home, and other sensory and creative activities.

During the art portion of your party, children will cycle through the stations at their own pace.
After allowing some time to explore, teachers will guide the main art project (list below) for children to work on and take home.

All our activities are developmentally age-appropriate and are open-ended enough that even younger or older siblings will enjoy and accomplish them with great success!

­You will have two or more friendly instructors facilitating the art activities at your party. The guest number will be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

Messy.Art.Lab parties include non-toxic art supplies, set up, aprons, and clean-up.

Please let us know if you expect that there will be guests who might need special assistance. Having this information in advance will help us run the party more smoothly and ensure that your guests are taken care of.

Decorations and set-up!!!

-You can arrive 20 minutes before your party starts to set up if needed.

-The studio will be decorated with a colorful backdrop, and the garden space has murals and other colorful installations. Although not needed, you can bring any decoration of your preference.

Pricing:

$595 Basic Party Package (up to 10 children and their adults. ONE adult per child is included)

$20 for each additional guest (child or adult)
25% Deposit
75% 48 hours before your party.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
-Payment: The balance of your party will be charged the Wednesday before your party once you confirm your final guest count. We will charge the card on file.
-If you need to cancel your party: All bookings include a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25%. If your party is canceled within two weeks of the event's date, there will be NO REFUND issued.

Day of the Party:
-For children ages 1 to 3, one caregiver must attend and stay with the child.
-Guests need to sign our waiver. Please make sure to share this link.

-If your session exceeds the scheduled hours or materials are treated carelessly after a warning, you will be invoiced for the additional cost/time.
-DRESS FOR THE MESS! Please remind your guests to ‘dress for the mess’ since some paint might stain.
-Bundle up, It’s SF! Please wear layers since we will spend most of the time outdoors.

Party Flow:
-You can arrive 20 minutes before the start of your reservation to meet art assistants to discuss the party schedule, as well as to set up food, drinks, and decorations.
-We will start the party with warm-up art activities while guests arrive.
30 minutes in, we will invite everyone to join us to explore the rest of the studio
-We will dedicate one hour to the main art exploration and guided activity.
-You will have the last 30 minutes of your party for food and cake.
-After your party ends, you will have 20 minutes to clean up food-related items, and we’ll help out!

Decorations and equipment:
-Tablecloths, cake plates, and knives.
-Bluetooth sound system
-Minifridge
-Tables and stools for adults and children.
-Party backdrop (Don’t forget that the space is already colorful since we are an art studio, so you don’t need to bring much unless you are planning a particular theme!)
-Add-on: Plates, cups, silverware, and ice can be provided for a $35 fee. Email us to add this to your party reservation.

What you can bring, and food suggestions:
-Guests may bring beer/wine if they wish; spirits and liquor are not permitted.
-There are three convenience stores nearby if you need anything last minute.
