About

THIS PROGRAM IS 2 WEEKS (No camp July 4th) / FOR AGES 14-17 ONLY

Welcome to our camp of Magical Nonsense! Summer of 2024!! You are too old for summer camp but dont want to spend your summer stuck at home bored. We get it and we need you at camp! As part of our Teen Leadership Crew, you will get a behind the scenes summer adventure assisting staff to create all the magic and adventure of Master Builder Camp, while also learning leadership skills to help you in your future goals. From building Villain attacks, to designing the contraptions the kid teams will battle against, to bringing our fairy mail system to life, to assisting in activities, you will get a full experience of camp building super cool things and gaining new skills and responsibility along the way. There will also be down time having fun with new friends and a full RPG campaign to participate in each session.

What exactly does that all look like?
A teen camp day looks a little like this:
9a - Arrival and Morning meeting
9:30a - Skills Workshop of the day
10a - Project of the Week Build/
12p - Lunch and Break
12:30 - Assist Camper Teams w/ mentor
1:30p - RPG Campaign (like Dungeons and Dragons)
2:45p - Debrief day and Close out
3p - Head home
* Teens can be dropped off/picked up during early drop off or late pick up hours at no extra charge. Camp is open: 7:45a-5:15p

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE REGISTERING:
As this is a leadership program, teens are expected to be examples and role models at camp at all times, following the same rules and expectations of our staff at camp. This includes: no use of phones during camp time except during designated breaks, no use of inappropriate language, or flirting, and a willingness to learn and participate with their team in positive ways. Our teen group is viewed as role models for our younger kids and will be expected to act professionally while at camp.

All campers who attend MBC must agree to following while at camp: I will be KIND with my words and my body, I will RESPECT the camp space and equipment, I will work hard as part of my TEAM.

Please review the MBC handbook (located top right of website) for all information about tax receipts, cancelations/refunds, and our current camper protocols in place.
