This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking/beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included.

Ages can vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of the workshop's menu. Typically, ages are 5 and up, but often include 4-year-olds as well.
All materials are included in this series. Please have your child wear their hair back off their face, ex. ponytail for girls and closed-toe shoes.
We are a nut-free school and we can accommodate ONLY and ALL nut allergies. We cannot accommodate any other allergies and/or food restrictions. If children have gluten or dairy sensitivity, they can participate but cannot taste. Your child can bring a snack. All snacks need to be *NUT FREE* since we are a nut free facility
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your event.
Because we have pre-paid material fees, please be advised that event fees for missed classes are non-refundable. If advanced notice is given, at least 1 week prior to class, class can be made up at the end of your paid session.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
We are a nut-free school. Please call our school if your child has any food allergies or place the allergy on the release of liability form that must be completed by each family. If you don't bring this form with you when you drop your child off for our event, you will be asked to fill out the Release of Liability form upon your arrival.
