Join us for our Advanced Baking Class for ages 10 & up. Junior Chefs will learn the technique to make the French pastry and the proper folding techniques for the most amazing light n fluffy Strawberry Mousse.
Menu: We will be creating Pate Choux Cream Puffs with homemade Strawberry Mousse.
