Girls in STEM: April 28, 2023, Event at GE Aviation Learning Center

Parents/Guardians/Teachers are invited to attend a special parallel program, "Supporting Girls in STEM," during the event.

Description: Building Blocks of the World Around You
“Join the materials engineers at GE Aerospace to experience how the materials work that make up our world! Find out about the physics behind different materials like metals, polymers, and composites -- including how they break. Students will then have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned about materials to a design challenge.”
