About

In STEM in the Kitchen, students blend creativity, science, and culinary skills as they explore how ingredients come
together to create delicious results. Each session features a fun, age-appropriate recipe that reinforces basic STEM
concepts like measuring, temperature, and chemical changes—all through low-flame or no-flame cooking that’s safe and classroom-friendly. We provide all ingredients, including fresh items, and all necessary cooking equipment. Only the instructor will operate the induction stove and oven. Recipes will not include common food allergens.
