About

The fundamentals of ballet technique are taught to enhance strength, flexibility, creativity, and artistry. The dancers continue to expand their ballet vocabulary while building longer dance phrases, focusing on movement quality and musicality. Class consists of barre work, adagio and allegro center floor work, traveling combinations and choreography. This class will integrate pointe work. In order to work on pointe a dancer needs to take two ballet classes a week and be evaluated.

Attire: Black or pink leotard, tights, ballet slippers. Ballet skirt or shorts optional.
