Host a private party to celebrate birthdays, baby showers, back to school, kindergarten graduation, or any event at all. Your Gymboree Party Planner and Party Assistant will do as much or as little preparation as needed, based on party packages and additions chosen.

We can provide paper invitations and thank you cards (must be collected on site or arranged to be mailed at your expense), but we also have a selection of themes available at https://www.punchbowl.com/invitations/category/gymboree.

If the days and/or times scheduled are not available or do not meet your needs, contact us for availability (begin party at 5:30pm, have one Friday after 5:30pm, etc.). We may not be able to accommodate due to previously scheduled classes and to allow for an additional party during the day, but we will do our best to help you.

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to the official party start time. If you need more time to set up, schedule in advance for a fee.

Party times are not officially reserved until a 50% deposit for your chosen party package has been paid. $50 will be deducted from this deposit if you reschedule or cancel the party less than 24 hours before the official start time. A credit may be added to your account in the case of cancellation.
