About
GIGIL's Little Yogis Summer Camp is a week long exploration into the world of Yoga. Students will dive into a Yoga Adventure Story every day while using different activities and methods to further their curiosity and learning. The foundation of this camp will be mindfulness and concentration. We will incorporate yoga flows for movement, art, music and sound, and science experiments to help our Little Yogis discover their breathe.
Students should wear comfortable clothing that they can easily move in. This camp is activity based. Please dress accordingly.
Students should have a clear space, yoga mat and water bottle available to them during camp. Parent supervision is recommended to avoid injury.
