Come join us for a chance to connect with other Moms and learn skills to navigate life with baby.
Becoming a mom is a HUGE adjustment but you don’t have to figure it out alone. This support group brings together new moms to explore topics such as:
-The birth of a mother
-Understanding the difference between the baby blues, postpartum depression and anxiety and other emotional changes that occur during this time
-Coping Skills, self-care, and mindfulness exercises
-Transitioning from partners to parents
-Bonding with baby
-Creating art with our babies
Supervised play is available for kiddos during the workshop with pre-registration. You can reserve Supervised Play in the EXTRAS section at checkout.
