This class is for young artists seeking to develop their singing voice while learning songs in a variety of musical theatre genres and styles. Topics to be covered include: developing strength in the belt, mix and head voices; healthy singing habits; music reading and sight-singing; and portraying character through song. The class will primarily focus on ensemble singing with solo work interspersed throughout the group songs. This is a PPC Junior / Level 2 vocal class. Most students take this class for four semesters (2 years).
