About

All parties include the exclusive private use of our entire facility with plenty of time to play and celebrate. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages for your entire group. We help you set everything up, then we serve and take care of all the cleanup, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the party!

Our crafting activities are customized to match your child’s age, interests and/or a special theme. A customized chalkboard mural, balloons, additional entertainment, and other personalized touches are available a la carte!

Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your event for any reason, please let us know immediately. Cancellations 90 days or more prior to an event will provide a 75% refund of payment. Cancellations between 90 -30 days of the event will provide a 50% refund of payment. No refunds available within 30 days of the event.

Parking:
There are lots of parking options beyond our metered street parking.
Parking Garages:
525 Church St. on the NE Corner of Church St. and Chicago Ave.
1603 Orrington Ave.
2 hour Street Parking: 1 BLOCK AWAY: limited 2 hour free parking on Grove and Lake around Raymond Park, East side of Chicago Ave.
Please note street parking in downtown Evanston is metered with a 2 hour maximum in most areas. Rates are $1.50 per hour. Guests can pay at a paybox (they will need to know their license plate to make payment) or via the park evanston app.

Socks Required:
To keep our floors clean and germ-free for crawlers and early walkers we are shoe free zone. We do ask that everyone wears socks at all times so please ask your guests to bring a pair. If anyone forgets we do have socks for sale. Often families will bring a bag of socks for guests just in case which we’d be happy to distribute for you for anyone who forgets theirs at home.

Food :
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your event. In an effort to keep our space safe for those with allergies, we are a nut-free zone. We ask that you do not bring in any foods that have nuts. We also ask that all food stay in designated food areas and not be brought into playspaces. Our team will make sure people know where they can bring food. There is a minimum $250 cleaning fee associated with food being brought into other spaces.

Damage:
You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your party. Our space is very childproof and durable so this is highly unlikely to be an issue. Please do help our team enforce Gather policies if your guests are unwilling to listen. Before you check out, our staff will alert you to any damages noticed and management will follow up to discuss repair and/or replacement fees.

Extension and Extras:
Please show up only at the beginning of your load-in time as we want to make sure Gather is ready for your arrival.

Should your party run over and should you wish to extend it further, additional time is sold in 15-minute increments for $50. This option is only possible if there is not an event occurring immediately afterward. If your guests are staying beyond the scheduled party end, we will do our best to help you let them know it is time to head home so you don’t incur any unwanted extension charges. Should you wish to lengthen your event or add any features to your event such as balloons or a music class, please reply all to this email and we will provide you with updated pricing.
