This Developmental Program prepares dedicated gymnasts for Flip Out Production’s Competitive Team. Designed for talented, hardworking gymnasts who have demonstrated exceptional skill progression while at Flip Out.
Athletes meet twice a week to train USAIGC Copper 1 Skills and Routine Elements, including but not limited to:
Strength & Flexibility
Vault - Handstand Flatback, Proper Running Techniques, Vault Execution, Landings
Bars - Pullovers, Casts, Back Hip Circles, Glides, Straddle or pike Sole Circle Dismount
Beam - ¾ handstand, Scale, Leap, Jumps, ½ Turn, Round off dismount
Floor - Cartwheel, Cartwheel Connection, Round-off, 1/2 Turn, Handstand, Forward & Backward Rolls, Leaps
Upskills - Bridge, Kickover, Back & Front Walkovers, Back Handspring
