DESCRIPTION: In our Game Design Summer Camp, your child will finally answer the question ‘How can I make my own video game?’ They will learn how to design and code their own 2D games using the popular program Scratch. Any skill level can advance their knowledge and add to their own personal arcade of games as we build 3-4 games in our week long camp.

-Full refund, up until 3 weeks prior to start date.
-No credits nor refunds for absences due to illness or otherwise.
-Easy change of weekly camps if your schedule changes, with advance notice and based on availability.

TECH: All tech will be provided for your camper. If you would like to bring your own PC or Mac laptop and mouse/mousepad, you are welcome to do so. Each student will have a dedicated station that they will use for the week. All stations and hands will be cleaned throughout the day.

WHAT TO BRING: One bag with: face covering, packed lunch (nothing that needs to be heated), snacks (there will not be communal snacks this year), water container, comfortable shoes (to walk to park), sunscreen, and any medications needed. FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY, except while eating.

SAFETY: Covid protocols will be in place: temperature checks every day, no additional people in our space, drop-off and pick-up in our parking lot, clearly marked distances, airflow, sanitized cleanings, and safe procedures for all activities. We take this very seriously and want to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.
