Alexandra is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College where she received her B.A. in Theater Performance/Musical Theater. Teachers include: Patricia Simon, Christine Riley, Jeff Shade, Ed Kresley. Alexandra has worked as a camp counselor for 4 years teaching everything from soccer to theater to sailing; she was in a production of the musical Rags directed by Barbara Siman-Strouse, and did a workshop of a musical short written by Sara Wordsworth & Russ Kaplan.

Anna Raful has grown from one of Camp Broadway’s Teaching Artists to the Director/Choreographer for the Shining Stars program in NYC and on the road. Anna was fortunate to bring the Shining Stars program to Beijing in 2019, teaching children the joy of musical theater and the lessons of Dr. Seuss.

She graduated from Emerson College with a BFA in Musical Theater. As an actor, Anna has toured the country with various shows, as well as performing regionally in the NY State area. Some of her favorite roles include: Nieve Que in SkippyJon Jones: Snow What?, Mazeppa in Gypsy, and Sarraghina in Nine.

Anna’s favorite audience members are her family and especially her 6 nieces and nephews.

Bill Newberry is a music director, teacher, performer and composer/arranger from Atlanta, Georgia. National Tours: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (three different ones!), Annie (four different ones!), Les Miserables, The King and I, The Sound of Music, High School Musical I and II, and more. Regional music directing productions: Hello Dolly!, Joseph…Dreamcoat, Peter Pan (Atlanta Lyric Theatre), Violet, Once Upon a Mattress, My Fair Lady, Murder Ballad, Once on This Island, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, See What I Wanna See, Oklahoma!, End of the Rainbow (Actor’s Express), Camelot, Tuck Everlasting (Alliance Theatre), Curtains (Act 3 Productions). Bill has taught privately for many years, was the music director for the Fox Theatre’s Rising Stars Summer Musical Theatre Intensive, and is the resident music director for the Atlanta Lyric Theatre’s Education Programs. Bill studied at Florida State and Georgia State University. He has worked with Chita Rivera on the world premiere of Casper, the Musical. He has been a vocal coach for Diana Degarmo (American Idol Season 3 runner-up), and 4 other artists who made it to Hollywood Week.

Chris is from Atlanta, GA, where he began his journey with Camp Broadway as a camper in 2003! Since 2017, he has been a part of the team as a Featured Player. National/International Tour: The Wizard of Oz (Tinman). Regional: Alliance Theatre, Fulton Theatre, Theater of the Stars (Annie with Sally Struthers), TheatreZone, Alhambra Dinner Theatre, Prather Productions, Springer Opera House, and many more! Favorite roles: How to Succeed...Trying (Finch), West Side Story (Tony), Urinetown (Bobby), and Oklahoma! (Curly). Cruise Lines/Theme Park: Lead Vocalist/Performer with Royal Caribbean, Viking Ocean Cruises, Universal Studios Orlando, and Seaworld Orlando.

Diego Rios Originally from Mexico City, Diego is a proud graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in NYC. He’s currently a principal soloist for AIDA Cruise Lines. Credits include Jesus Christ Superstar Mexican Tour (Jesus), Cyrano de Bergerac (D’artagnan, Mexico City). Off-Broadway: Godspell (Judas). Regional: Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Civil War, West Side Story, Man of La Mancha.

Holly Raye Originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, Holly received a scholarship to the Boston School of Ballet (Boston Ballet Company) at the age of 14. After placing runner-up in the 1984 Miss Michigan Pageant (Miss America Brand) she headed to NYC to pursue her love of dance and theatre.

Broadway: Swing, Guys and Dolls, and Dream & Nightmares starring Master Illusionist David Copperfield. Holly was featured in five of Mr. Copperfield’s Emmy-winning CBS TV Specials. She was dance captain for the world premiere of Houdini: The Musical at the Segal Center for the Performing Arts in Montreal. She’s been featured in the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular, The Tony Awards, Cabaret, and Disney Live Productions of Hercules and The Little Mermaid.

Holly has had the honor of performing alongside Liza Minelli, Shirley MacLaine, dance coach to Penelope Cruz and assistant choreographer for the film Vanilla Sky.

Holly has been choreographing and directing for Drama Desk Award-winning company, Camp Broadway® since 2007. Holly was the director and choreographer for the Joci Awards (2015, 2016) at the Empire Theatre in San Antonio, and Before Broadway, a cabaret intensive for young adult pre-professionals at Feinstein’s 54 Below in NYC. She also choreographed performances at Madison Square Garden for kids during the WNBA Liberty basketball games.

Now living in Maplewood, NJ with her son Leo, Holly is the Producing Director for Franklin Elementary School Musicals in Summit, NJ.

J. is on faculty at NYU/Tisch School of the Arts in the Department of Drama’s New Studio on Broadway, where he has Music Directed Company, James Joyce’s The Dead, The Seven, Spring Awakening, Sweeney Todd, and The Who’s Tommy. He was Music Director on the acclaimed Adding Machine Off-Broadway (Lortel, Obie, Outer Critics Circle Awards), received a Best Orchestrations Nomination for his work on This One Girl’s Story(NYMF 2011), launched Barrio Grrrl! at the Kennedy Center (Helen Hayes Nomination), helmed We The People (Lortel Nomination) and 2 additional National Tours for Theatreworks USA, and has been a Guest Artist at CAP21, Columbia University, the Juilliard School, Lincoln Center Theater, University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and the Stella Adler School. Kristin Eley is a music director, teacher, performer, and songwriter from Orlando, Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida’s Burnett Honors College with a degree in music education, and taught public school music for three years before moving to the Big Apple to pursue performance and directing. She most recently music directed the United Nations International School junior production of Singin’ In the Rain, and is also on staff with the New York Pops Teaching Program. Other credits include Honeydipped Apocalypse Girls (Kraine Theater), Aristocats, Punslingers: A Wordplay Musical (co-composer), Cinderella, Dumpster Cats, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and Monteverdi’s 1610 Verpers (featured soloist with the Orlando Philharmonic). Kristin is a proud founding member of the all-female choral group, Helena Collective.

Nissa Kahle has served as Music Director for Camp Broadway in a range of programs from Shining Stars to The Next Step. She has also worked as Vocal Coach for nominees of musical theater awards events for high school students including the Roger Rees Awards in New York City and the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (also known as the Jimmy Awards). Tour credits include Chicago (US & Tokyo). Broadway credits include Natasha, Pierre and The Great Comet of 1812. Other credits include: The Big Apple Circus, New York Children’s Theater and Out of the Box Theatrics. Nissa hold a MM from Texas State University and completed training as conductor in the Conductor’s Institute at bard College. Awards and recognitions include Classical Arts Development Foundation Fellowship and Texas State University Piano Achievement Award.

Sunny Noelle Naughton is a nationally recognized facilitator, entrepreneur and experienced networker with over 20 years of presenting experience across the United States and New York City. With a background in the entertainment business, journalism and human services, and a Master Degree in Leadership, Sunny is well poised to assist in learning how to best present yourself in any medium. Naughton has worked with greats such as Martin Charnin and Tommy Tune as well as having receiving a Community Outreach Award from both the Governor and State Health Director of Vermont in 2019. Sunny thrives on leading people along to to their story, and presenting oneself is a great place to begin. Who knows you better than you do? Start with what you know and dream from there!

Theo Lencicki is a professional actor and arts educator based in New York City. A graduate of Penn State University, he has performed in various regional and international venues, and across the United States on four National Broadway Tours including Hairspray, A Chorus Line, Young Frankenstein and as Riff in West Side Story. In addition to performing Theo is a musical theatre instructor, director, and choreographer for numerous workshop classes and educational productions. He currently serves as a member of the faculty for the NEIU #19s award winning program Arts Alive, as well as being a rostered artist with the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts and named Artist of the year in 2017. Theo works creatively on the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (The Jimmy’s) sponsored by the Broadway League and with Camp Broadway on numerous performing opportunities for young artists across the country including the MACY’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Before Broadway Cabaret at 54 Below and Rocktopia on Broadway!
