Learn to make Artisanal chocolate from the best ingredients and with a low glycemic sweetener in this camp. Chocolate Bonbons, Chocolate Bark, and chocolate truffles are just a few of the items we’ll make in this hands on class. Sample menu items: Raspberry, Dark, and Cardamom Sea Salt truffles are just a few of the potential flavors we can make in this hands on class. You get to choose!
Blindfolded Chocolate Tasting Activity: Learn about how chocolate is produced from bean to bar and taste a variety of chocolates from around the world all while being blindfolded! Experience chocolate and feel the full flavors, smell, touch and texture of it all.
Learn to make healthy, delicious cakes, cookies, and brownies using whole grain flours and alternative sweeteners to refined sugar. We use coconut syrup in all of our sweets, eliminating the "sugar high and crash"! In addition we hand churn ice creams using organic cream and coconut sugar, making a healthy, delicious, low glycemic ice cream that's out of this world!
Note: Each class begins with mindfulness and yoga so our budding healthy chefs are mentally centered and focused. Ends with tasting and sharing our delicious creations!

Note: There is a 2.9% nonrefundable credit card processing fee.
Please bring the following:
-Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for morning yoga and mindfulness practices
- Morning snack, water bottle, and 1-2 tupperware for leftovers.
-Please pin up hair using clips and tie long hair with a ponytail or braids.
Mindfulness and Yoga
We will begin each day with an extensive yoga and mindfulness practice (about 45 minutes). These practices help sharpen our junior chefs' minds and be extra aware in the kitchen, as well as create amazingly astounding tasting cuisine! We encourage you to emphasize the importance and value of this practice and understand it is an integral and essential part of our culinary training. Each child is expected to participate and give their 100%. If your child has a health issue or injury we should know about, you can feel free to let us know. Bliss Belly Kitchen is proud partner with YESforSchools to offer stellar mindfulness and yoga practices. Your child will gain a daily mindfulness practice they can continue after camp for stress relief and general wellness.
