Bliss Belly kitchen offers eco-conscious and soul conscious cooking classes utilizing farm fresh ingredients, yoga, and mindfulness to give children the best possible connection to themselves and to the land and source where their food comes from.

Cooking, Yoga, Mindfulness, FUN!!!
Learn to make simple, delicious, and nutritious meals. We use healthy locally sourced organic ingredients to teach children about the basic fundamentals of healthy cooking and eating. Participants learn to source, cook, and eat delicious recipes.

Whether it’s packing a lunch, making a snack, or helping to prepare a family meal, these students will be prepared to support busy family life challenges with a new found knowledge and empowerment around cooking and good food!

Menu:
Farmers Market Lentil Soup, Strawberry Kale Salad, Fresh Baked Whole Grain Bread w/Butter, Oven Baked French Fries.

Pasta Alfredo from scratch w/Marinara sauce. Farmers Market vegetable tomato Soup

Indian street food: Masala Dosa w/coconut chutney. (Dosa is a savory lentil crepe stuffed with curried potatoes and served with a side of cilantro coconut sauce.)

Breakfast for lunch: Buttermilk Pancakes w/Farmers market fruit, French toast, Hashbrowns, Vegan Sausage.

Red Velvet cupcakes

Artisanal Chocolate Bark - Make your own chocolate and then invent new flavors! Combine mango, coconut, cacao nibs, sea salt, caramel, and more! Cheesy cauliflower soup.

Note: There is a 2.9% nonrefundable credit card processing fee.

Please bring the following:
-Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for morning yoga and mindfulness practices
- Morning snack, water bottle, and 1-2 tupperware for leftovers.
-Please pin up hair using clips and tie long hair with a ponytail or braids.

Mindfulness and Yoga
We will begin each day with an extensive yoga and mindfulness practice (about 45 minutes). These practices help sharpen our junior chefs' minds and be extra aware in the kitchen, as well as create amazingly astounding tasting cuisine! We encourage you to emphasize the importance and value of this practice and understand it is an integral and essential part of our culinary training. Each child is expected to participate and give their 100%. If your child has a health issue or injury we should know about, you can feel free to let us know. Bliss Belly Kitchen is proud partner with YESforSchools to offer stellar mindfulness and yoga practices. Your child will gain a daily mindfulness practice they can continue after camp for stress relief and general wellness.
