About
This is a mixed level class with one teacher leading intermediate students and a second teacher leading the beginners. We will focus on silks and sling, learning foundational skills while building strength and stamina. Ages 15 and up! We are asking unvaccinated students to wear masks. Fully vaccinated students do not need to wear a mask.
Please wear stretchy, form-fitting clothing with no snaps, buttons or zippers. Remove jewelry, including watches before class to avoid damaging the silk fabric.
