To Whom it May Concern: Hello, Prospective Families! I would like to introduce you to one of the GREATEST childcare workers I have ever hired! Amanda B worked as one of my Summer Camp Volunteers in Bowling Green, Kentucky, while she was visiting family in the Summer of 2016. Amanda was placed with our preschool classes, ages 2 years old -5 years old. From the moment Amanda walked into the classroom, I could tell that she had a gift for working with children! Her personality is warm and inviting for children and the children responded very well to her. I especially saw her excel with our 2-3-year-old group, which for some teachers can prove to be a challenge, but Amanda made it look easy! Amanda worked with students ( ratio 1:10), changing diapers, feeding children snacks, being mindful of health and allergy issues for each student, and creating crafts and activities for the students. I would highly recommend Amanda!
