1. Warm and Caring: Tammy is incredibly warm and nurturing. She creates a safe and loving environment where our daughter felt secure and cherished. Additionally, she fosters piece of mind for these two first-time-parents through bringing a folder of her licensures and referrals on the first day and providing frequent updates throughout the day. 2. Safety-conscious: Without our explicit guidance it was apparent that Tammy was diligent when coming to safety from the get-go; ensuring outside sliding doors were locked appropriately and surroundings were childproofed. We took comfort in knowing she had CPR licensure just in case any incident would occur. 3. Reliable: Tammy showed up 10 minutes prior to the requested start time of each day to ensure she had the lay of the land and a hand-off from us on our daughter’s well-being before officially starting her care. 4. Engaging and Educational: Tammy goes above and beyond to keep our toddler engaged in age-appropriate activities. She reads to her, plays games, and provides a stimulating learning environment all without screens! She even requested to have additional play items to more appropriately engage in creative play. 5. Communication: Tammy maintains open and clear communication with me and my spouse throughout the day, providing regular updates about our daughter’s activities and well-being. She immediately brought concerns to our attention as soon as they happened to keep us informed of behavior we should keep an eye on.
