I'm Sydney, a nanny based in San Diego, CA and originally from Chicago, IL. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with a B. A. in Sociology and a Minor in Human Services, I decided to move to San Diego. I have many years of experience looking after children, children with special needs and providing services for family pets. After working on Orcas Island as a nanny in Washington State for a child with Microcephaly, I knew I wanted to continue my passion for assisting others in the capacity as a nanny. I provide child and pet services in Pacific Beach, La Jolla, UTC, Claremont, Bird Rock, Mission Beach, Mission Hills, Ocean Beach, Point Loma and Rancho Santa Fe. I currently work full-time hours during the week, but I am always available after 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. I am also available during the day and night(s) on the weekends. We just moved to the area and Sydney is the first babysitter I have used. She was nothing less than amazing! It was wonderful to come home and find she did so much more with the kids and home than was asked of her. My kids kept asking me the rest of the day when Ms. Sydney will come back again. Also, I had a very early appointment in the morning and she not only showed up on time, but early! Sydney is responsible, mature, kind, loving, energetic and has a very comfortable demeanor. My kids and I felt at ease with her from the second we met. I would highly HIGHLY recommend Sydney to care for your children.
