I cannot say enough good things about Susan! I found her through Care.com 2 years ago and she earned my trust and my children's affection right away. It was my first time hiring a babysitter for my four young children - the youngest was 4 months and the oldest 5 yrs old. It was a big job, but she always arrived early and brought snacks and toys/activities for my kids. As anxious as I was about hiring a sitter, she put me at ease immediately and not only did I trust her completely with my children, but she quickly became a dear family friend.
