Sarah was our daughter's nanny for over 1 year when our daughter was 14-27 months old. She was always punctual (usually comfortably early) and would let us know if she was going to be a few minutes late due to LA traffic...and Sarah's "late" was usually right on time. She is very dependable, and was always willing to show up outside of her normal hours when we needed her. Sarah was very good at creating a daily schedule for our toddler, and effortlessly stayed on track every day. She was instrumental in designing play and learning activities that were developmentally appropriate, and created teachable moments whenever possible throughout the day. She had a calm and level-headed approach to meltdowns and was always remained in control through redirection and communication. Sarah would prepare our daughter's meals and ours most nights, and would also take care of our dog when necessary. Sarah was diligent about providing daily reports and would always let us know when we were running low on food items and baby supplies. She used her down time productively to clean the kitchen, prep food, and vacuum the floors. She is a great person, a wonderful and loving nanny, and will definitely make her next family very happy.
