A bit about my experience: My first childcare position was in 2007 when I watched three children (ages 5, 8, & 10) for four years and enjoyed it very much. They were home schooled so I would assist them with their studies and extracurricular activities. I love arts & crafts so we always had fun things to do. Most recently I was a nanny for a little boy who is now 12 years old. I started caring for him when he was an infant in 2011 until 2016 when he started attending school all day. I still am very close with each of the families that I nannied for. I love children and I am a very patient person as well. I'm also a huge animal lover. I house-sit/pet-sit for many of my friends who have a variety of pets as well. I've cared for lizards, cats, dogs, and fish. I currently pet-sit for a family with 4 dogs in Canon City periodically when they go out of town. I'm looking forward to new and exciting opportunities!

Nicole has been our nanny since September 2012. Our son was 1 when she started. She is FANTASTIC. The only reason Nicole is not with us at the moment is because my husband is a teacher and has the summer off. Our son had major separation anxiety at first, but Nicole still came in with a smile and put him (and us) at ease. She helped wean him off of the bottle. She helped develop consistent nap times. She helped introduce new solids. She is always right on time and we can count on her to stay late on occasion if our jobs run over. She fills out a sheet for us every day to let us know what our son ate/drank/his mood and what they did. No TV is allowed so Nicole keeps him occupied with active play time, reading, and outdoor play whenever the weather permits. I really can't recommend Nicole enough whether for babysitting or a nannying position. Nicole has my contact info if desired feel free to call me for a reference.
