This letter serves as a formal recommendation for Nicole T. in regard to her exceptional work as a Billing Specialist for over 8 years. During that time, she made a significant impact on our team -- moreso than any previous biller that we had the pleasure of working with. We found her to be consistently dependable, taking on requests and projects with dedication and zeal. She tackled many tasks for our billing department, including generating customer's invoices in different units of measurement such as short tons (ST), thousand square feet (MSF), etc. Nicole is both a quick learner and a problem solver. After fully understanding our process, she was selected to be part of a team for our computer system and proactively identified inefficiencies and made process improvement suggestions. Ultimately, her efforts have led to a more productive Customer Service/Billing team. Through her dedication, enthusiasm and willingness to help with any assignment, Nicole quickly gained the respect of her coworkers. This, coupled with her ability to build authentic work relationships, has left an indelible impression on our team. Besides being a joy to work with, Nicole has proven herself to be a take-charge person who is able to handle many tasks at once and prioritize effectively.
