I hired Michelle to take care of our kids full time in 2020 when I returned to work. Although she isn't with us full time any more, we will absolutely keep her around for date nights, etc. She is everything and more you would want in a caregiver! Michelle has excellent judgement regarding babies/kids (and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to child development). I trust her completely with my boys and they adore her. She is so good at creating and finding fun in our house or around the neighborhood. She is engaging and patient, even through the worst of toddler tantrums. Additional pros: incredibly organized and clean, speaks/teaches Spanish, flexible with times if needed, and many more! We wish we could keep her around forever!
