About Meghan

Hi there! I am 31 years old and teach 4th grade locally! I have just moved to the area this past year and I am looking for part time work on top of teaching and more hours (even full time) during the summer. Working with children has been my passion from a young age. I have 10+ years of experience caring for children of all ages in multiple capacities- babysitter, special needs nanny, Au-pair, and teacher. I am a strong believer in play and self exploration. I take a strengths based approach and use positive reinforcement. Safety and respect for the child and family are my first priority and of course to make it a fun experience for the kids! Whether that's exploring the outdoors, going out on excursions, or more relaxed play and games in the home. I have my own car and I am more than happy to help with transporting children to and from activities.
